Senior Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Sales Supervisor will lead key account relationships and coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated customer issues related to STC’s products and services. This role ensures that sales executives deliver solutions that meet customer needs while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop account‑level sales plans in coordination with Sales Planning.
• Build and manage relationships with large accounts within the assigned portfolio.
• Implement sales strategies and execution plans.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities in designated verticals and accounts.
• Provide performance input to Sales Planning & Performance Management for managed accounts.
• Contribute insights on sales performance to Solutions and support new product/service development.
• Ensure delivery of solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with services.
• Capture customer requirements accurately and follow up on orders to guarantee timely delivery.
• Supply the Demand Management team with annual sales forecasts by client to support network planning.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, or Marketing.
• 2‑4 years of experience managing key‑account sales.
