Senior SAP HCM Consultant

About the role

The Senior SAP HCM Consultant will provide day‑to‑day support for SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules, ensuring smooth HR operations and continuous system improvement. The role involves translating business requirements into functional solutions, delivering user training, and aligning processes with best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents across all SuccessFactors modules, maintaining SLA compliance.
• Provide functional support for SAP Payroll and Time Management incidents.
• Configure and customize SuccessFactors to meet business requirements.
• Prepare and execute test scripts for unit, integration, performance, UAT, regression and client‑specific testing.
• Document configuration settings and create guidelines for future modifications.
• Develop functional specifications for custom development.
• Produce periodic reports on task execution and deviations.

Required profile

• Strong HR knowledge with the ability to keep technical skills up to date.
• Proven delivery capability, meeting operational and development targets.
• Effective problem‑solving and escalation of complex issues.
• Commitment to quality control, compliance, and health‑safety standards.
• Experience in business process improvement and automation opportunities.
