Senior SAP PM Consultant (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Senior SAP PM Consultant analyzes, evaluates, enhances and supports business systems and processes that enable asset integrity, maintenance, inspection and operational excellence. The role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, turning business requirements into effective system solutions that improve efficiency, data integrity and decision-making. The workplace is on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and recommend system improvements and automation solutions.
• Support, enhance and optimize SAP PM and related asset management systems.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and business reports.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams and vendors to deliver system enhancements.
• Lead workshops, document requirements and support testing and deployment.
• Ensure data quality, governance and compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience; 5 years on Saudi Aramco projects preferred.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities or Industrial sectors.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, testing and implementation, and in managing enhancements and troubleshooting.

Required skills

• SAP Plant Maintenance (equipment master, functional locations, maintenance planning, inspection planning, work orders), custom SAP developments and integrations.
• ABAP, OData, CDS views, workflow, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, BADIs and BAPIs.
• SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP and RAP.
• Power BI and advanced SQL.
• PI System (OSIsoft) or similar data historians, and ETL processes.
• AI/ML for predictive maintenance and asset integrity.

Preferred certifications include SAP S/4HANA Asset Management (PM), SAP BTP, SAP Fiori Associate, Microsoft Power BI (PL-300), PMP/PRINCE2/Agile, and NACE/AMPP, API 510/570/653 or ISO 55000. Apply through the recruiter, Eram Talent.
