Senior Specialist - Contracts

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Contracts will lead the planning and execution of both pre‑award and post‑award activities for a wide range of service agreements. You will ensure that contracts meet the company’s cost, quality, and schedule targets while fostering long‑term strategic relationships with contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement contracting strategies for EPC, lump‑sum, framework, and facilities agreements.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from pre‑award negotiations through post‑award administration.
• Oversee construction‑phase, operational‑phase, maintenance, human‑resource, and supporting‑works contracts.
• Monitor contract performance to achieve cost, quality, and time objectives.
• Maintain compliance with governance standards and mitigate contractual risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or Business Administration; degree flexibility for candidates with >15 years experience.
