Senior Specialist, Financial Planning and Analysis

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Financial Planning and Analysis will support the execution of budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes while delivering actionable insights to improve business performance. You will work closely with divisional finance teams and senior management to ensure accurate financial planning and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute robust financial models and business plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Support the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts in coordination with divisional finance teams.
• Consolidate financial reporting across business units, driving cost optimisation and operational efficiency.
• Embed variance‑analysis logic within financial models and enterprise planning systems.
• Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. forecast vs. prior year) and present executive summaries and dashboards.
• Ensure financial reporting compliance with IFRS, ZATCA, SOCPA and other regulatory frameworks.
• Align ERP system reporting (EBIT, product cost, market results) with legal‑entity accounting and management insights.
• Develop short‑term solutions for top‑management reporting and ad‑hoc financial requests.
• Collaborate with cost‑controlling teams to align financial inputs and support critical operating decisions.
• Identify and propose process‑improvement opportunities across financial planning functions.
• Prepare clear financial presentations and reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting or analysis.
• Strong collaboration, innovation, results‑driven mindset, adaptability and customer focus.
