Senior Specialist, Services and Solutions Procurement

About the role

The Senior Specialist will develop and drive a project procurement strategy to support hub business growth, profitability and cash‑flow improvement while maintaining strong cross‑functional relationships and a customer‑driven ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute project procurement plans, identify and qualify key third‑party suppliers, and manage framework agreements.
• Lead bid panel administration, issue RFQs, analyse bids, and provide commercial recommendations.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with company and client policies, competitive bidding standards and risk‑management requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, project delivery and other hubs to achieve competitive pricing, quality and risk mitigation.
• Manage vendor performance, logistics, warehouse support and end‑to‑end PO administration.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain or Engineering with at least 7 years of experience in process automation, EPC or large oil & gas projects.
• Strong negotiation, contract law knowledge and ability to work with senior management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills in English.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.
