Senior Speech Therapist

About the role

ABC Center is looking for a highly experienced and passionate Senior Speech Therapist to join its team in Riyadh. The role provides advanced assessment, diagnosis and therapy services to people with speech and communication difficulties, drawing on extensive knowledge of speech disorders and therapeutic techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' communication skills and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions for individuals with speech and communication disorders.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting therapy techniques and goals as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Guide and mentor junior speech therapists and other team members.
• Stay up to date with the latest research, techniques and developments in speech therapy.
• Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards in all aspects of practice.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Speech Therapist.
• Valid license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Ability to assess and treat a range of speech and communication disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to professional development and keeping up with current research and practice.
