Senior T24 Administrator / Consultant

About the role

2P is seeking a Senior T24 Administrator / Consultant to lead the management and evolution of its Temenos T24 platform across the full lifecycle. The role will be based in Saudi Arabia and will work closely with infrastructure, development and business teams to ensure a stable, secure and high‑performing banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain T24 environments (Development, SIT, UAT, Pre‑Production, Production) including installation, configuration and troubleshooting of TAFJ, UXP, GoD and Native browsers.
• Manage jBASE, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases, production and disaster‑recovery sites, and monitor COB processes.
• Lead end‑to‑end T24 upgrade projects, mock upgrades, data migrations, patches, hot‑fixes and version releases while minimizing operational impact.
• Integrate T24 with enterprise applications using jBASE agents, IBM MQ, JMS, Web Services and middleware such as JBoss and WebSphere; implement SSO with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Provide production support, incident and change management, performance tuning, capacity planning and collaborate with vendors and infrastructure teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience with Temenos T24, at least 5 years in administration or infrastructure roles within a banking environment.
• Proven track record of delivering full‑cycle T24 upgrades in production.
• Strong understanding of T24 architecture, security, audit compliance and disaster‑recovery concepts.
