Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Near Middle East

About the role

DB Engineering & Consulting is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment activities for its Near Middle East hub in Jeddah. You will shape regional talent strategies, support complex bid and project vacancies, and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified professionals across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for complex bid and project positions using the company’s applicant tracking system.
• Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning recruitment actions with international market requirements and corporate goals.
• Draft targeted job ads, screen candidates, conduct interviews and own the placement of open vacancies.
• Proactively source candidates through social networks and build sustainable talent pools for critical and senior profiles.
• Ensure an excellent candidate journey with timely communication and transparent feedback.
• Collaborate with International HR in Germany to implement new recruitment processes, standards and tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within engineering, consulting or large‑scale project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in a multicultural, regional context.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented and capable of handling multiple complex vacancies simultaneously.
