Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Onsite in Dhahran

About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Korn Ferry, you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across the Dhahran region, designing and executing hiring strategies for current and future vacancies. The role is fully onsite, requiring close collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external candidates to deliver a premium recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Conduct briefings, advise on attraction strategies, and select appropriate sourcing channels.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, assessing, short‑listing, and presenting candidates.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Champion best‑practice candidate management to ensure a high‑quality experience.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment (in‑house, agency, or RPO).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver consultative recruitment services to hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Strong track record of managing end‑to‑end hiring processes for roles at various levels.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
