Senior Talent Management & Organizational Development Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Management & Organizational Development Specialist acts as a strategic partner to translate corporate objectives into talent and organisational initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, the role designs, implements and continuously improves programs that foster employee growth, leadership continuity and a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end performance management cycles, including goal‑setting, continuous feedback and annual evaluations.
• Facilitate talent reviews using tools such as the 9‑box matrix to identify high‑potential talent.
• Build and maintain succession pipelines for critical roles and develop clear career pathways.
• Design and cascade competency frameworks, job architecture and internal mobility structures.
• Lead organisational design projects, change‑management initiatives and culture‑building programmes.
• Leverage talent analytics to produce insights on engagement, turnover and performance metrics.
• Document and scale HR processes, including competency modelling and performance improvement plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management, organisational development or related HR functions.
• Proven ability to lead complex talent reviews and succession planning initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable HR strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
