Senior Tender & Bid Specialist

About the role

Alqotr is seeking a Senior Tender & Bid Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end tendering process for government and private‑sector projects. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, analysing requirements, and coordinating the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and identify tender opportunities from public and private entities.
• Analyse tender documents, specifications and key submission requirements.
• Coordinate the development of technical and commercial proposals with internal departments.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and track tender timelines.
• Liaise with suppliers, consultants, finance, legal and other stakeholders to fulfil tender requirements.
• Manage pre‑qualification and registration processes on government platforms.
• Follow up on award decisions, contract negotiations and post‑award procedures.
• Prepare and maintain reports on tender performance and opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Law or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in tendering, bidding, business development or contract management.
• Hands‑on experience preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Familiarity with Saudi government platforms, especially Etimad.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
