About the role
The Senior Tendering Engineer will drive the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals for utility projects, ensuring timely and accurate quotations that meet customer specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Review and process sales inquiries, preparing precise technical and commercial quotations.
- Execute tendering activities from inquiry through submission, adhering to defined timelines.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and sales teams to gather inputs and deliver cohesive offers.
- Support post‑award activities, ensuring smooth transition from tender to project execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quotations, assumptions, and communications while complying with company standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in tendering, quotation management, or related utilities engineering roles.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Vendor and supplier negotiation.
