Senior Voice / Non-voice Analyst

About the role

The Senior Voice / Non-voice Analyst will analyse financial data for STC's voice and non‑voice services, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting operational planning. The role bridges finance, audit and customer service to drive data‑based decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and review financial data to ensure correct posting in the General Ledger.
• Perform routine financial activities within the defined scope.
• Provide high‑quality audit evidence using advanced data analytics to increase confidence in financial reporting.
• Offer feedback during audits to improve business processes and internal controls.
• Participate in decisions affecting customer service operations for smaller teams and implement approved policies and SOPs.
• Support customer service representatives in resolving complex financial and management queries, devising action plans and escalating when necessary.
• Promote STC products and services to meet additional customer needs and maximise business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules for management and other departments.
• Build effective working relationships within the assigned team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• 2‑4 years of experience in auditing or preparing financial data.
• Advanced proficiency in Arabic and English.
