Service Advisor

About the role

The Service Advisor will coordinate service operations at Abdul Latif Jameel’s automotive centre, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and productivity. The role requires a Guest‑First mindset and strict adherence to company standards and safety policies.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve operational and sales targets by preparing and executing business plans.
• Conduct pre‑acceptance inspections, document vehicle condition and communicate findings to customers.
• Provide efficient, courteous service while applying Jameel standards and safety procedures.
• Monitor performance indicators such as net sales, Net Promoter Score (NPS) and compliance with company standards.
• Manage discount allocations within limited authority and supervise monthly sales performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service or related customer‑facing roles.
• Strong judgment, decision‑making ability and stress tolerance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
