Service Engineer – Medical Imaging Systems

About the role

Mindray is seeking a Service Engineer specialized in Medical Imaging Systems (MIS) to support local distributors across Saudi Arabia. The role combines technical service management, customer training, and strategic collaboration with headquarters to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and service management for Ultrasound and Digital Radiology systems to local distributors.
• Coordinate with headquarters to develop and implement local service strategies.
• Train distributor service teams, monitor performance, and continuously improve service quality.
• Collect competitor service information and end‑user feedback to drive improvements.
• Establish and manage local operational platforms such as call centers and spare‑part inventory systems.
• Organize value‑added service activities to enhance company image in the market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of customer‑service experience in the medical industry, preferably with Ultrasound system servicing.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to local cities.
• Team‑player attitude and ability to adapt to company culture.
