About the role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Support professional to deliver high‑quality assistance to senior executives and VIP users within a corporate environment. The role involves managing ticketing processes, troubleshooting a range of IT services, and ensuring seamless operation of critical collaboration tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support within an enterprise‑level organization, preferably to VIP users.
• Support senior executives using the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Manage and troubleshoot Office 365, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Cisco VC technology.
• Diagnose and resolve end‑user hardware, software, and network device issues across multiple technology domains.
• Perform mobile device management and maintain Windows and Apple operating systems.

Required profile

• Arabic‑speaking candidates with a valid Saudi Arabia Iqama.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high‑volume, customer‑facing IT support environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt communication techniques for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a collaborative team environment.
