Services Account Manager Professional Services

About the role

We are looking for a Services Account Manager to join ARIS in Riyadh. The role will serve as the primary commercial and engagement orchestrator for our Professional Services practice, driving revenue and ensuring successful delivery for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for professional services engagements, from opportunity identification to contract signing.
• Collaborate with delivery, product and AI teams to design solutions that align with customer process‑intelligence goals.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities across the Middle East and APJ, travelling as needed to meet clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and margins while maintaining commercial acumen.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring high satisfaction and long‑term partnership.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in professional services sales or account management.
• Proven track record of managing complex enterprise software deals.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer‑engagement abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh with occasional regional travel.
