Services & Data Solutions Senior Director

About the role

The Services & Data Solutions Senior Director will lead the vertical, aligning its strategy with the EVP direction and Takamol goals. This role drives solution proposals, supports RFP responses, and builds strategic partnerships to expand opportunities in socio‑economic projects while ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Services & Data Solutions strategy in line with corporate objectives.
• Lead the preparation of solution proposals and RFP responses for government and socio‑economic projects.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to grow the portfolio of services.
• Oversee project delivery, guaranteeing client satisfaction, timeline adherence, and budget control.
• Provide actionable insights through advanced data analytics to shape product roadmaps.
• Integrate emerging technologies and digital innovations to enhance service delivery and competitiveness.
• Mentor and develop cross‑functional teams including project managers, data scientists, solution architects, and product managers.
• Manage the full lifecycle, monetization, and scaling of data‑driven products such as platforms, analytics dashboards, and AI tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in IT solutions, government services, or product‑led roles.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience overseeing large‑scale delivery.
• Proven track record in product development, pre‑sales, and delivery within socio‑economic contexts.
