Services Renewal Account Manager

About the role

The Services Renewal Account Manager will be responsible for driving timely renewals of hardware and software support contracts for medium‑to‑large customers across Saudi Arabia. You will educate customers on Oracle’s support portfolio, manage renewal risks, and identify opportunities to grow the business through value‑added services.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure on‑time renewals of hardware and software support contracts for assigned accounts.
• Educate customers on contractual implications and Oracle’s support services.
• Proactively manage cancellation risks and work to retain contract revenue.
• Identify win‑back opportunities for previously cancelled contracts or missed support sales.
• Promote and sell value‑added services such as Extended Support or DDR Services where applicable.
• Handle exceptions that could delay renewals and coordinate resolutions.
• Accurately forecast renewal targets and pipeline in the territory.
• Transfer high‑potential leads to sales representatives.

Required profile

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle objections and stay result‑oriented.
• Customer‑success mindset with ownership of CSAT metrics.
• Experience influencing account growth and wallet‑share expansion.
