Showroom Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Showroom Sales Consultant to greet customers, showcase vehicle features and drive sales in our Saudi Arabian showroom. The role combines customer service, product knowledge and the ability to close sales while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome showroom visitors, register walk‑ins in the CRM system and guide them throughout their visit.
• Present vehicle specifications, features and available financing schemes.
• Process sales transactions in line with company policies and legal requirements.
• Explain after‑sales procedures and ensure customers understand warranty and service options.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
• Update customer status daily in the CRM and conduct follow‑up communications.
• Stay informed on vehicle pricing, offers and competitor activity on a weekly basis.

Required profile

• High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior sales experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with a professional appearance.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and negotiate effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to manage difficult situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for customer tracking.
• Knowledge of financing schemes and sales transaction processes.
• Understanding of vehicle specifications and automotive product details.
