Site Buyer – GSM Operations (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, manufacturing teams and global stakeholders to expedite or reschedule urgent shipments of critical material, resolve supply issues and support order management, shipment tracking and inventory balancing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Interlock with GSM/GCM/Suppliers on material master data, customs registration and pricing issues.
• Close shipment or material issues such as unmatched quantity, quality problems or cargo incidents.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve ASN quality, ETA accuracy and overall operational efficiency.
• Place and manage purchase orders and resolve exceptional cases with suppliers.
• Act as the KSA focal point for the Site Buyer team and support development of digital capabilities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, logistics or related operations.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑initiated with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency highly preferred.
