Site Engineer – Civil Construction (Riyadh)

About the role

Bait Al Khibra Engineering Consultants is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to lead and coordinate civil engineering activities on construction sites in Riyadh. The role focuses on ensuring that all site operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site engineering activities and monitor progress against schedules.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of site works.
• Implement and oversee quality control procedures to maintain construction standards.
• Manage site documentation, reporting, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Resolve technical issues on‑site and provide engineering solutions as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant site engineering or civil construction experience.
• Proven ability to supervise site activities and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, and site management.
• Saudi nationals are preferred.
