Site Engineer

About the role

The Site Engineer will monitor and coordinate all on‑site activities for projects at alfanar’s Industrial Complex in Riyadh, ensuring work is executed according to project plans, technical requirements and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor day‑to‑day site activities to ensure alignment with project schedules, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, suppliers and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and maintain clear communication.
• Track progress, identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions to keep the project on schedule.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications and work plans, providing on‑site technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
• Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, logs, inspection records and other documentation for project tracking and audits.

Required profile

• Experience in monitoring and coordinating construction site operations.
• Strong understanding of quality, safety and operational standards in engineering projects.
• Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping.
