Site Facility Manager – Operations & Maintenance

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Site Facility Manager to lead day‑to‑day Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities for its facilities in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operation of mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems while supporting a multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse performance trends and implement corrective actions to maintain system reliability.
• Delegate responsibilities and authorisations, ensuring clear accountability.
• Provide leadership, maintain strong personnel relations and support staff development.
• Structure and maintain communication flows between upstream and downstream parties.
• Ensure all works meet established Quality Control standards.
• Apply site‑supervision principles: planning, organising, staffing, leadership, control and discipline.
• Monitor and support training for Saudi trainees and oversee career development of site personnel.
• Coordinate liaison activities with the client, as well as internal Project, Operations and Commercial Management teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations and maintenance within the building‑facilities sector.
• Proven ability to manage multicultural teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Mechanical engineering knowledge.

• HVAC maintenance expertise.
• Familiarity with SFG20 and C4 standards.
• Understanding of environmental and safety work practices.
