Site Foreman - NEOM

About the role

A full-time Foreman position is open in NEOM, Saudi Arabia. The foreman manages day-to-day site operations, coordinates resources through daily work schedules and ensures work follows the project's method statement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and deploy resources, communicating them to site employees through daily work schedules.
• After project handover, understand project requirements and the method statement and make sure all work follows it; report any variances to the Line Manager before execution.
• Provide installation reports, start reports, damage reports and stop reports.
• Coordinate with the workshop and inventory on equipment maintenance and breakdowns on site.
• Carry out daily site inspections and check equipment functionality to keep operations safe, timely and resource efficient.
• Resolve site issues directly or escalate them to the Line Manager.

Required profile

• High school certificate; a trade certificate or diploma is advantageous.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in a site operations or construction environment.
• Ability to supervise and execute multiple projects.
• Knowledge of the construction or engineering industry; knowledge of groundwater control is a plus.

Required skills

• Practical skills are a definite advantage; ability to carry out basic to advanced site work is required.
• Knowledge of materials, plant and equipment.
