About the role

Rotana Music Group is seeking a full‑time Social Media Specialist to create engaging content and manage its social channels. The role combines copywriting, community management, and data‑driven strategy to boost the visibility of Rotana’s artists and productions.

Key responsibilities

• Research current trends and audience preferences to inform content.
• Design and implement a social‑media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (text, photos, videos, news).
• Monitor SEO, web‑traffic metrics and report on ROI.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reviews.
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms and visual assets.
• Identify potential crises and apply conflict‑resolution principles.
• Compose Arabic captions that match the brand voice.

Required profile

• Saudi national with 7+ years of experience in social‑media and copywriting.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Arabic music industry and its trends.
