Solution Sales Director – Salesforce Industry Cloud & AI Transformations

About the role

Verticloud is seeking a Solution Sales Director to lead Salesforce Industry Cloud and Agentforce AI transformation projects across Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will act as the primary sales leader for professional services, advising enterprise and upper‑mid‑market clients on strategy, implementation and managed services.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for Salesforce Industry Cloud and Agentforce AI services, from pipeline generation to contract signing.
• Identify, qualify and pursue opportunities within target verticals such as Telecommunications, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Health and Retail.
• Conduct discovery workshops with C‑level stakeholders to uncover business challenges and define transformation objectives.
• Position Verticloud’s advisory, implementation and AI‑enabled solutions, articulating scope, value proposition and ROI.
• Collaborate with Salesforce account teams, partners and internal solution architects to co‑sell and develop joint account strategies.
• Prepare compelling proposals, statements of work and pricing models aligned with client requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports and account plans.
• Represent Verticloud at client meetings, industry events and Salesforce ecosystem activities in the region.

Required profile

• Proven track record in consultative, enterprise‑level sales of technology or professional services.
• Experience selling to C‑level executives in Saudi Arabia’s key industries.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Industry Cloud and AI‑driven transformation.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high‑impact deals.
