Spare Parts Officer

About the role

The Spare Parts Officer will ensure the continuous availability of spare parts and tools required by technicians across the company's service centers. This role involves managing the full inventory lifecycle, from ordering to storage, to support the company's high‑end watch service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain optimal stock levels of spare parts and tools by monitoring demand and placing orders.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
• Dispatch parts promptly to technicians and track distribution.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Generate reports on stock movement, aging inventory, and variance analysis.
• Ensure all inventory documentation complies with company policies and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑4 years of experience in inventory or spare‑parts management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using inventory management software; SAP knowledge is a plus.
