Specialty Outlet Manager

About the role

Rotana Hotels & Resorts is looking for an ambitious, dynamic, and self‑motivated Food & Beverage professional to lead one of its specialty outlets. You will be responsible for both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare employee schedules based on forecasts and staffing guides.
• Conduct regular training sessions aligned with departmental SOPs.
• Evaluate team performance and drive internal development and promotions.
• Oversee timely set‑up of the outlet according to meal settings and opening hours.
• Welcome and seat guests with the assistance of the hostess, maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere.
• Maintain relationships with regular patrons and update the outlet’s guest database.
• Tour the outlet and related areas frequently to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Participate actively in promotional activities for the outlet.

Required profile

• University degree graduate.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar Food & Beverage management role, preferably in the Middle East.
• Computer literate with strong communication skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
