Speech Language Pathologist – Pediatric Rehabilitation

About the role

Eradah Medical Rehabilitation Centers is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join its pediatric rehabilitation team in Dammam. The role focuses on assessing, treating and supporting children with speech and language disorders, using evidence‑based therapeutic techniques in a multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear objectives, outcomes and discharge criteria.
• Deliver therapy sessions in accordance with the care plan and monitor patient progress.
• Reassess and modify treatment plans regularly to optimise development.
• Provide guidance and training to parents, teachers and caregivers for home or classroom exercises.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, psychologists, physicians and other team members to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical System.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid Saudi license to practice as a Speech and Language Therapist (SCFHS).
• Minimum two years of experience in speech‑language therapy, preferably in a rehabilitation or hospital setting.
• Compassionate, patient‑focused attitude with a commitment to improving children’s quality of life.
