Staff Camp Assistant

About the role

The Staff Camp Assistant ensures the smooth operation of staff camps and related company facilities, providing a safe, clean, and well‑organized living environment for employees. Reporting to the Admin Superintendent, the role combines supervision, coordination, and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily camp operations, conduct inspections, and report facility issues.
• Supervise housekeeping staff, enforce cleaning schedules for camps, corridors, bathrooms, and shared areas.
• Coordinate staff transportation schedules, supervise bus drivers, and handle any incidents.
• Manage waste collection, ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Identify minor maintenance needs and follow up with the Maintenance Department.
• Coordinate uniform and PPE distribution with the storekeeper.
• Prepare and process ERP purchase requests for cleaning supplies, furniture, stationery, and minor facility needs.
• Supervise painting works and asset handling within the camp.

Required profile

• Experience supervising housekeeping or facilities staff.
• Ability to coordinate transportation and schedule logistics.
• Strong organizational skills for tracking maintenance and purchase requests.
• Good communication with line managers, maintenance teams, and store personnel.
