About the role
We are seeking a Staff Nurse I to join our multidisciplinary team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality nursing care across a range of clinical areas and support the nursing staff in delivering safe patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process and adhere to established standards of practice.
- Coordinate patient care activities and act as a shift resource or team leader when required.
- Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals across specialties such as Hematology & Oncology, Emergency, Critical Care, and others.
- Document patient information accurately in the medical record system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain infection control standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Minimum two (2) years of full‑time experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Current RN licensure from the country of origin and a valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties license.
