About the role
An experienced Stage Manager is needed for a live event project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, scheduled from 25 – 29 October 2026. The role is project‑based and on‑site, with a preference for candidates already residing in Riyadh.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the run of show in collaboration with the Stage Show Caller.
- Coordinate participants, stage design, and digital assets for each announcement.
- Update the run of show and communicate any changes to the Show Caller and backstage team.
- Ensure the signing order, stage backdrop, and stage updates remain accurate throughout the event.
- Support the smooth execution of all stage operations during the project.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in stage management and live‑event production.
- Availability to work on‑site from 25 – 29 October 2026.
- Preference for candidates residing in Riyadh.
