Warehouse Keeper

About the role

Join an innovative manufacturing company in Jeddah to lead the warehouse operations for a new greenfield project. You will ensure seamless material flow and support the launch of a high‑quality production facility.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, maintaining efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits using ERP SAP to track materials accurately.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and inspect incoming materials.
• Maintain an organized storage system that maximizes space utilization.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure on‑time dispatch of outgoing shipments.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, promoting safe and productive practices.
• Monitor warehouse equipment, addressing maintenance issues promptly.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols in line with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing warehouse operations.
• Residence preferably in the south of Jeddah, near Industrial City‑3 (MODON) on Jizan Road.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to train and supervise staff and work collaboratively across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP SAP systems for material management and inventory tracking.
