Store Director – Luxury Fashion Boutique (Riyadh)

About the role

We are partnering with a globally recognised luxury house to appoint a Store Director for its flagship boutique in Riyadh. The role carries full responsibility for commercial performance, client experience and team culture, acting as the custodian of the brand in the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor the boutique team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism and excellence.
• Act as the primary brand ambassador, building and maintaining relationships with VIP clients, collectors and key members of the local luxury community.
• Drive commercial performance through effective management of sales, productivity and operational discipline.
• Ensure all boutique operations align with global brand standards, maintaining consistency across service, presentation and client experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Retail, Client Experience, Merchandising, HR and Marketing.
• Oversee boutique operations including reporting, staffing, inventory management and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Established luxury retail leader with experience managing flagship or high‑profile boutique environments.
• Strong understanding of luxury client expectations and ability to balance relationship‑driven selling with structured commercial leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering sustainable commercial growth while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire both clients and team members.
