Store Keeper – Supply Chain (Riyadh)

About the role

The Store Keeper will act as the focal point for inventory control in the Riyadh depot, ensuring that all sales orders, returns and stock movements are processed in line with Operational Excellence standards. The role requires strict adherence to safety, hygiene and food‑safety procedures while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the daily shift plan and delegate tasks to meet depot requirements.
• Receive goods, verify “Goods In” against SOPs and ensure accurate order picking.
• Maintain electronic and paper records, perform cycle counts and reconcile stock.
• Monitor issuing of products, applying FIFO and release dates.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of sales vans to meet delivery schedules.
• Handle waste disposal and record leakage according to company procedures.
• Uphold SHEQ, housekeeping and food‑safety standards throughout the store.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar FMCG warehouse role.
• Good knowledge of warehouse procedures and documentation.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to work in temperature‑controlled environments and flexible hours, especially during holidays.
• Valid forklift licence (material handling equipment).
