Store Manager (Saudi Nationals Only)

About the role

Damas Jewellery is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of its Riyadh locations. The role is open to Saudi nationals only and involves overseeing sales, profitability, operations, and the people function of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve KPI targets.
• Maintain 100% stock accuracy and oversee stock control processes.
• Ensure compliance with Damas standards for store presentation, security, and tidiness.
• Safeguard store keys and valuable assets, including gold bars, coins, and certified diamonds.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and adherence to work timings.
• Monitor and maintain equipment such as weighing scales, calculators, and diamond testers.
• Oversee repair order processing and timely customer delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods.
• Strong leadership ability to motivate, train, and inspire a sales team.
• Excellent product knowledge of both Damas collections and competitor offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.
