Store Operative (Stock Count) – Jeddah

About the role

The Store Operative will support daily stock‑count activities in a luxury retail environment, ensuring accurate inventory records and seamless store operations. Working under close supervision, you will be part of a team that maintains the high standards of Chalhoub Group’s stores.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all relevant stock‑count policies, processes and standard operating procedures.
• Perform scanning of individual items, ensuring each SKU is captured accurately.
• Highlight any discrepancies or issues to the Supervisor during the count.
• Collaborate with colleagues to complete the stock‑count scanning efficiently.
• Re‑check scanned items for accuracy and report any anomalies.
• Collect and account for scanners, cradles and accessories before leaving the store.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a stockroom operative in retail, preferably fashion.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow detailed procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
