About the role

SKIMS is launching its first store in Riyadh and is looking for enthusiastic retail professionals to join the team. Roles include Store Supervisor & Team Leader, Sales Advisor, Visual Merchandiser, and Cashier, each contributing to a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets (Supervisor & Team Leader).
• Engage customers, provide styling advice, and deliver a best‑in‑class store experience (Sales Advisor).
• Create compelling visual displays, window concepts and product presentations that reflect the SKIMS aesthetic (Visual Merchandiser).
• Handle transactions accurately, maintain cash desk standards and support customers with a professional approach (Cashier).
• Lead, develop and motivate team members, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail setting while maintaining brand values.

Required profile

• Experience in a similar customer‑facing role or retail environment.
• Leadership experience for supervisory positions, including team development.
• Passion for helping others and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
• High school qualification or higher; enthusiasm for the SKIMS brand and values.
