Storekeeper – Inventory Management

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Storekeeper to manage inventory operations and ensure the smooth flow of goods within our facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with logistics teams, and supporting overall operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse and store activities.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
• Organize and store goods to optimise space utilisation and accessibility.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement on inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage according to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, stock movement, and discrepancies.
• Support audits and implement process improvements for store efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience with logistics and inventory management systems.
• Strong organisational and record‑keeping abilities.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and inventory software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
