Strategic Account Manager

About the role

Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan, is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to lead the development and operation of international and regional chain brands. You will drive user acquisition, scale growth, and performance targets for strategic accounts across competitive markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead acquisition and growth of assigned strategic accounts, delivering ambitious performance targets.
• Collaborate with brand marketing, promotional activities, and user operations to strengthen long‑term partnership with Keeta.
• Develop deep industry knowledge of food and beverage categories, identify business opportunities, and design tactical plans for growth, marketing, user experience, and membership programs.
• Act as a bridge between brand partners and delivery operations, ensuring seamless cross‑functional communication and continuous service optimization.
• Gather frontline marketing intelligence, user feedback, and local market dynamics to provide actionable insights for strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in key account management, channel development, or retail management.
• Strong business negotiation and market expansion capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
• High reliability, resilience, and collaborative team spirit.
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, and read) for daily work.
• Experience in the food delivery industry or participation in major milestone projects is a strong plus.
