Strategic Account Manager

About the role

Unifonic is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of high‑value enterprise customers across regulated sectors such as government, finance, telecom and large corporations. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping the perception of Unifonic’s AI‑native customer experience platform and ensuring long‑term success for both the client and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, driving revenue, retention and expansion.
• Develop and execute detailed account plans, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Lead executive‑level governance, business reviews and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal sales, technical, delivery, customer success and support teams to meet customer objectives.
• Proactively manage risks, escalations and ensure measurable business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven track record in enterprise sales or account management, preferably within regulated industries.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior and C‑level stakeholders.
• Ability to understand complex business challenges and position solutions as strategic partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
