Strategic Accounts Manager – 3P (Other Hardlines)

About the role

Amazon.sa is looking for a dynamic Strategic Accounts Manager to lead the recruitment and development of high‑potential selling partners in the 3P (Other Hardlines) category. You will own a portfolio of strategic merchants, driving growth and ensuring a world‑class customer experience on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and recruit top‑tier merchants to Amazon.sa via phone, email and other channels.
• Prioritise and manage a pipeline of sellers to consistently exceed quarterly acquisition targets.
• Provide data‑driven insights and advice to new sellers, helping them optimise listings, inventory and performance.
• Educate sellers on Amazon’s delivery standards, customer experience expectations and platform tools.
• Track, analyse and report business development metrics for your portfolio.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to deliver timely operational support.
• Build strong relationships, develop joint business plans and act as escalation point for seller issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account or seller management, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
