Strategic Business Development Consultant

About the role

This full‑time remote position focuses on identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities for the organization. The consultant will design and execute business development strategies, manage the entire new‑business pipeline, and generate leads through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess market opportunities and propose tailored solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement end‑to‑end business development strategies and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Consult with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and shape growth initiatives.
• Create detailed business plans, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Track pipeline activities, maintain CRM data, and deliver regular performance and market insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new business development, lead generation, or strategic growth roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong consulting and business‑planning abilities, with a track record of delivering data‑informed recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex ideas and building trusted relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Competence in productivity software for managing leads and reporting (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
