About the role

The Strategic Partnerships Consultant will build and nurture professional relationships with individuals seeking leadership and personal development opportunities. Working independently, you will leverage digital marketing tools and structured communication frameworks to connect with prospects, understand their goals, and align them with relevant programs.

Key responsibilities

• Apply digital marketing strategies and established systems to identify and engage potential participants.
• Develop and maintain personalized one‑to‑one relationships through consultative communication.
• Conduct structured introductory conversations to assess goals and explore alignment.
• Manage follow‑up, communication, and relationship development throughout the decision‑making process.
• Consistently apply communication frameworks while exercising professional judgment.
• Organise your own schedule, priorities, and daily activities to meet personal and professional commitments.
• Communicate the value of leadership and personal development programs clearly and authentically.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your own leadership capabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in partnership development, account management, or related fields.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage a flexible workload.
• Strong consultative communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Interest in leadership and personal development training.
