Strategic Sales Manager - Public Sector | AI & Datacenter Solutions

About the role

Submer is looking for a Strategic Sales Manager to lead large‑scale, transformative projects for public‑sector customers in Saudi Arabia. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping government organisations design, optimise and operate high‑performance AI and datacenter solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage senior public‑sector stakeholders to understand strategic needs and challenges.
• Translate complex requirements into tailored solution roadmaps, including design validation, full‑stack integration and infrastructure optimisation.
• Drive consultative sales cycles from opportunity identification through to contract closure.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure proposed solutions meet sustainability and performance targets.
• Maintain long‑term relationships and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

Required profile

• Saudi national with deep experience in consultative sales within the public‑sector, government, data‑center, cloud or IT‑infrastructure markets.
• Proven ability to influence senior decision‑makers and navigate public‑sector procurement processes.
• Strong understanding of AI workloads, datacenter efficiency and sustainability goals.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Kingdom.
