Strategy Analyst – Healthcare Organization

About the role

The Strategy Analyst will partner with the Chief Strategy Officer to drive the healthcare organization’s strategic agenda. Using the Balanced Scorecard framework and advanced data analysis, the analyst will turn the organization’s vision into measurable outcomes and ensure continuous monitoring and execution across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the annual and multi‑year strategic planning cycle, facilitating cross‑departmental alignment workshops.
• Design, develop, and refine the organization’s Balanced Scorecard across financial, customer, internal process, and learning & growth perspectives.
• Prepare and present high‑level performance reports, KPI dashboards, variance analyses, and executive scorecards for senior leadership and the Board.
• Translate enterprise‑level objectives into departmental scorecards and operational targets, ensuring vertical and horizontal alignment.
• Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis of clinical, operational, and financial data to identify trends and strategic opportunities.
• Build financial models, perform scenario analyses, and assess cost‑benefit and ROI for strategic investments.
• Identify strategic risks, trends, and capability gaps, providing evidence‑based recommendations to the CSO.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership in strategic planning and performance measurement.
• Strong ability to facilitate workshops and engage cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in translating strategic objectives into actionable operational targets.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience in financial modeling and data‑driven decision making.
