About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on developing and implementing strategic initiatives, optimizing business processes, and driving growth through data‑driven insights. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape the company’s long‑term direction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and threats.
• Analyze financial statements, performance metrics, and create forecasts to support decision‑making.
• Prepare investment decks and detailed financial projections for potential investors.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and project management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
