Suppliers Account Manager

About the role

IBEA is looking for a full‑time Suppliers Account Manager to join its Riyadh team. The role is hybrid, combining office days with remote work, and focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with supplier partners using IBEA’s AP automation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier enrollment and onboarding onto the AP Portal.
• Explain product benefits, processes, and system updates to suppliers.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide professional support.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics, analyse trends and suggest improvements to boost adoption and transaction volume.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to optimise supplier programmes and support new feature roll‑outs.
• Prepare regular reports, maintain accurate CRM and account records.
• Participate in meetings and presentations with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong account‑management and relationship‑building experience with suppliers, vendors or B2B partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Solid analytical and reporting skills, comfortable working with data, KPIs and CRM systems.
• Organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple accounts.
• Collaborative mindset for cross‑functional work.
• Prior experience in the Riyadh or GCC market, especially within supplier ecosystems, is a plus.
